Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement Scope
All software development, e-commerce builds, and brand design contracts between Muhammad Saad and clients are governed by individual written proposals outlining scope, milestones, timelines, and payment terms.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final agreed payment, full ownership of custom client code, design assets, and brand deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Portfolio Showcase Rights
Unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to project kickoff, Muhammad Saad retains the right to display screenshots, case studies, and code highlights in this professional portfolio.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a professional contractor basis. In no event shall Muhammad Saad be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of software usage after final client deployment.
